I reached out to Kim to review a tax return done with another firm that had some errors. Her website is very transparent with fees and scheduling was easy. During our appointment she took her time listening to our needs and reviewing our documents. She was very informative and thorough. We never felt rushed and left relieved and satisfied. Overall a great experience and first impression.

Kim has prepared my taxes Two Years in a row and in both years She has been very accommodating and helped me file my taxes without any issues. She is also good at following up and keeping customers in the loop via call and/or email. Will continue to file my taxes with Kim.
