Pearle Vision

I have visited the Pearl Vision, Plainfield location for some years now. The staff, Jessica and Judy have given me exemplary service, explaining all details regarding my visit. More so explaining the options for my glasses, variety and waranty coverage. I visited today, they checked me in and processed my alternate glasses, under the warranty terms. It is a place to visit. I expect to receive my replacement glasses in the next couple of weeks.

I would highly recommend this location. Initially came in for my daughter and then came back for myself. Dr. New is very nice and really talks through the details which I appreciate. The support staff was great and really helped me find frames that fit great. The office is well maintained and plenty of parking.

We have been going to this Pearle Vision location for a few years but our most recent experience was by the far best. I scheduled appointments online for my daughter and husband and Judy called me to verify our insurance and told me we wouldn’t have to pay anything for my daughter. During our visit Judy was so friendly and even Dr. Barnes ( I believe was his name) was incredible with my daughter. He made her feel comfortable and did her exam quickly.
