Let me start out by saying that I received superb services! I returned from vacation to a flooded basement. OMG Sanitized came out the next day and initiated work right away! They explained every process, every piece of equipment, and chemical (product) used. Additionally, they provided above and beyond services... they found the root cause of my issue (sump bump went out) and assisted in remediating the issue. They had resources available to help asap! Communication was excellent and they took care of my home and eased my stress. Man I felt so comfortable and cared for. They love what they do!
