A great school for multiple reasons, they have multiple classes throughout the day for kids and adults, great prices for what you get, great coaches with an awsome environment. Training really helps me with my anxiety and depression, helps me socialize, and I get great exercise and even better training all of that while learning to defend myself as we all know it's a crazy world. If any of those relate to you this is the perfect place for you. Will definetly be putting my son and daughter in here when they are old enough.

NEW PATH IS LEGIT!!! I started training here about 6 months ago and I love It! At 31 years old, ive already lost 25 lbs and am in the best shape of life. The coaches are amazing. They truly care about their students. With my coaches guidance, in a short time I was already able to compete in jiu jitsu and WIN! Not to mention, kick boxing is CRAZY FUN and quite the mental workout as well. I never thought punching and kicking could be so therapeutic. I love my New Path family, all of my teammates are great people and everyone is very friendly. They have classes in the AM and PM so there is always a class available when you are.
