Massage Envy in Plainfield is absolutely amazing!! My souse and I both had a massage scheduled on a Sunday afternoon in Shorewood and our massage therapist had an emergency and was not able to do our appointments. However, Jamie went above and beyond to text us early that morning and make sure that we got rescheduled with a therapist that was able to do the pressure preference we had saved in our profile.

The front desk lady was very kind and helpful with my mom's pickup from this particular location for her work. The front lobby is also a nice looking area. It's also nice that there are cups of water and free mints to take.
