We used Harvest to care for my mom during her Alzheimer’s journey when I or my son has work obligations. As a family caregiver, it was a wonderful process working with their Administrators to schedule care needs, more importantly the care provided by the care sitters was excellent - each care sitters treated my mom like a friend, they watched out for her in a manner that was caring and compassionate. My mom is moving into Assisted Living this week and we no longer need in-home care - I would recommend the Harvest team to anymore needing care for their loved ones.
We have had a great experience with Harvest In-Home Care. My mom returned to her assisted living apartment after a hospital and rehab stay. She was confused and needed 24 hour care. The agency was able to provide that in short notice, the caregivers are kind, patient and competent with my mom. The agency provided a portal so we can view caregiver notes and a family text chain so we can communicate easily back and forth with agency management. I would recommend this agency to anyone needing assistance for a family member.
