I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Gwen. She is both highly skilled and compassionate.She helped me to identify unhealthy thinking patterns from past traumas that were impacting me negatively. I am so thankful to see things differently now in a new light!

First of all this is well overdue. Gwen helped my wife and I when we were going through a tough time. She is amazing and I can't recommend her enough. I was just referring her to a friend and I noticed we never reviewed our time with her. Gwen it's been a couple of years since you helped us and we are stronger than ever.
