Kevin has been absolutely incredible from start to finish! Talk about patience, you have no idea how much of a hassle I probably was and he never not once pressured me into anything! Our whole process was months of communications (mostly my fault because things were delayed because we hadn't made up our minds and life happens), but Kevin was always quick to respond to my emails containing hundreds of questions and never once complained or made me feel uncomfortable! Even when there was an issue, he immediately worked with us to remedy the situation, which is incredible! I would highly recommend to use Kevin and his company for all your flooring needs! Extremely quick, reasonable, no stress, no pressure, will work with you, professional, and who doesn't love Kevin's witty responses and sense of humor! There aren't enough words to express how pleased we are with our new carpet and being able to work with Kevin! We are also literally obsessed with our stairs and theater platform! It's definitely a show stopper and we couldn't be any happier!
I have to say from start to finish the process was really easy. Kevin came to do a consultation and I had a bunch of questions, which he answered with ease. The carpet was installed yesterday and I am so pleased with the way it was all taken care of. When I finally redo the bedroom, I'll be calling you back. Our flooring was just finished today and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Initially, we thought wood floors would have been out of our budget, but Floors Come True showed us reasonable options in real wood. I have a hard time making choices and Kevin was super patient and helpful with helping make the right choice.
