IF YOUR A CONTRACTOR BEWARE!!!!!
As another one already previously mentioned, we have not been paid out for a trivial amount of $225 when all work requested was performed at the company Oliver (Estate Facilities' Management) evidently manages. Its cost us more money at this point simply having to continuously follow up on this for weeks / months on end and its not even worth the cost of pursuing a lien.
Terrible experience and you will be told via email, phone calls, etc. every time you follow up that a check is in the mail or that they are just behind, etc.

Oliver Blanchard III VP is not a man of his word. I am a contractor that completed a roof repair contract and it states that payment would be made 30 days after receiving pictures, a completed invoice and w-9 tax forms. He has all of that but has failed to pay his bills. I reached out to him and he got upset. He said that he pays his bills but he keeps coming up with excuses to keep from paying me. He said that he didn't get the invoice first, then he disputed the date he received it then he acted like he forgot we did the work.Service: Roof repair
