Rich was great and he is incredibly honest! I had an outlet that wasn't working and a handyman had told me the wires had been cut. Rich checked it out and turned out that the outlet just needed to be reset. Rich also helped me with installing and setting up the app for our new Ring Doorbell Camera. I thought I needed a new transformer for the Ring, but Rich checked and said what I had was fine. Rich could easily have upsold me several times during the visit, but did not. I really appreciated his honesty and highly recommend Rich and Custom Power Electric!
