I used Bounce City recently for a backyard party. We rented tents, tables, chairs, and other items. The process was quick and easy, they showed up early and delivered/ picked up everything to/ from the spot it went to. Happy customer, no complaints.
I worked with Jim to rent a couple games for a recent elementary school event. He was very responsive to emails and communicated via text as well. Pricing was fair, and he was flexible in allowing me to come pick up the items we were renting at a time that worked for me, rather than needing to schedule delivery (since it was just a few games that would fit in my car). The kids loved the games, and it was a pleasure working with Bounce City Party Rentals!
Bounce city party rentals was very professional. They arrived on time and promptly set up the obstacle course. The next morning they demobilized and left without a trace. I will definitely use them again.
