Unfortunately Brian Jackson with Blake Allen, CPAs incorrectly messed up on my taxes for 2023. I hopped on a call and sent him an email explaining my needs/ concerns- however didn't address them correctly.
Once I received a notice form the State of IL and reached out to him re: the matter he admitted he must've not truly fully listening on the call as he "was driving" / the business of tax season. He then did try to rectify the situation- however he then went ghost. The situation has not been fully resolved and I had to take matters into my own hands.

Brian has provided tax service to our family for the past 4 years. He is very diligent in all that he does and provides excellent advice for both tax and financial planning needs. Highly recommend Blake Allen CPAs!!

Brian is totally awesome in doing our taxes. He is very knowledgeable in taking time to explain taxes and other financial options. I would definitely recommend him to help with all your financial needs.
