Dr. Ben has been absolutely amazing to our family. From home visits after having a newborn to quick, day of appointments this model of healthcare has been a game changer. My 2 year old had a terrible experience with nurses and a doctor at a prompt care office and was terrified of doctors. She loves going to see Dr. Ben! It's so nice being able to just call and actually talk directly to the doctor. If you haven't yet, I highly suggest talking to Ben & Brittany about what they can offer you and your family. They are wonderful people and have become dear friends. This is what heathcare should look like!
We found Dr Hauter & his practice when we found out we were pregnant. He was able to do most of the testing we needed in his office rather than getting them done at the hospital which was incredible! Not only was it a super calm environment and easy experience, but very affordable as well. It also gave us a lot of peace during our pregnancy because we had direct access to him if we need anything. With our previous doctors, we always had to call and leave a note with the nurse if we needed something. Sometimes it would take days to hear back but Dr Hauter always responded immediately to us! We always recommend his practice when someone says they are looking for a new doctor!
Dr. Hauter is wonderful. I can’t express how amazing it is to have your doctor literally on call! I can get a med refill or advice in less time than I used to be able to schedule an appointment! I feel more known than I ever have by a medical professional due to how thorough and available Dr. Hauter is. It feels like this is how medical care is meant to be!
