Customer (Jeff) reviewing to suggest you take your laptop to TME/Peru, Il. They fix it right, and I couldn't imagine they would do it any differently if it were their own laptop. They have suggested I download things to help what's already on there, or done it for me. They have answered computer questions outside the scope of the issue. You get update calls from the techs working on it instead of a customer service or salesperson, they don't push for more (money is an issue for me), and the owner is nice. Miles fixed my iPad!!!! I did not have to buy a new one. It looks like it did the day I bought it! If you crack or break your screen, don’t panic. Just take it to TME and it will be fixed like new! Ask for Miles- he is awesome!! He is very talented and professional!

I can not say how wonderful they were to me . My phone locked up and I was panicked because I recently lost my son , all my pictures were on this phone . The front desk girl was absolutely fantastic. She kept the place opened until my phone was fixed . Helped me purchase more iCloud . She truly acted liked she cared which is rare these days! I will recommend them to all my friends . Five stars !!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart , Troy!
