Today I had a 1 on 1 yoga session I had booked through Tana Yoga studio’s website. I Pre-paid and even added a tip. Received 2 confirmation emails and a confirmation text message. Showed up 5 minutes early and the studio was closed. No one showed up and I even waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. One of the other business owners down the hall asked me what was going on and he texted Amy, who my lesson was supposed to be with and her response was that she was out of town and did not have an appointment. friendly, my daughter loves it there.
Tana yoga has been remarkable for me. At this time especially, we all benefit from this practice. Consider trying Tana yoga.
