Stylist was fantastic. Place is clean. Only 4 stars because of the wait. Only 2 stylists working at that time. The two stylists did a great job, but they could have used more stylists. Online check in is good, however, the estimated times can be off by as much as 20 minutes. Due to the customer sitting in the stylist chair, not the stylist

Wow! Rachel made me feel like a million dollars. I was in town for starved rock and wanted a clean cut. She went above and beyond. Super pleased with her professionalism, creativity, and super nice woman. Stoked on my fresh cut. Happy my hair is finally chopped and ready to donate to "Wigs for Kids". Thank you Rachael for treating me well. Appreciate you. Good luck with everything in the future. I will Forsure be back in the future.

It was my first time at Sport Clips Haircuts. I'm not from the area and Brittany the stylist was very friendly and professional. My haircut along with the services included is worth the cost. Definitely, I will return the next time I'm in town.
