We chose Pro Remodeling to complete a full remodel of our bathroom. Could not have made a better decision! Jim was professional and fair with his estimate of our project. Gave realistic time frames with everything being effected by Covid. His crew were professional and courteous when they were working in our house. Jim was receptive to all of our questions through the construction process. Every time my husband saw something he was concerned about, he's not shy, Jim was receptive and walked my husband through his plans with the space. There are few contractors in this area that will take on a small project. Kerry is one of them. Change orders were not a problem. They were handled efficiently and with minimum impact on the time line. The lack of a firm start date was not a problem. I was satisfied with the final result. I will be using them in the future.

The two men sent (Bill and Ryan) were efficient, well mannered, smart, and respectful of our home and our time! They did a great job! We had 4 windows taken out and replaced in a matter of just a few hours. (3 upper level & 1 lower level) The windows look awesome -and i'm also grateful that Bill gave my family a tutorial on how the new windows work! It absolutely turned out to be helpful and necessary. He's an awesome worker.I usually don't look forward to working with contractors(i honestly hate it) and I don't often write google reviews but Bill's expertise was exceptional. If you're looking to get your windows done ask for BILL!!Great experience 10/10 would recommend.
