I just left my second visit with Dr. Teske. I give her my highest recommendation. I have been to a number of chiropractors through the years. Most are those who bend and twist you until your back cracks, hoping they adjusted what was the problem. Some use a tool called the activator. While I am a big fan of that tool, it's hard to find someone proficient. Dr. Teske uses a method different than either of these. She feels for, and adjusts the specific vertebrate that's out of place. She uses her hands, and a table made for this kind of adjustment. I felt immediate relief after my first visit, and re-visited today as a simple follow up. She has not recommended ongoing maintenance like so many typically do. I found this chiropractor through the recommendation of the massage therapist I go to regularly. If you have back or neck discomfort, this Doctor is worth the visit.
