Terrific staff. One on one care provided. I’ve been to other physical therapy facilities that had only one therapist on duty with multiple patients. It felt as if the therapist was “juggling” the patients, which made the therapy sessions feel not as effective for me. That DOES NOT happen here. One therapist, one patient, one treatment plan.Office staff are great as well. Whenever I called for any issue that I had, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy, and most importantly, the issue was resolved efficiently and quickly.
