I have a leak in my pool and I've been trying to contact them. They aren't very good at responding. Even if they are too busy a courtesy call would have been nice. They called me back and explained why there was no call back. I understand now and take back my rating.

I have been using GAB Pools for my opening and closings for several years now. They have been wonderful to me. Michelle and Matt answers my call and texts, even on holidays,to give answers to my questions ( no matter how mundane they may be) . As long as I have a pool,they will be my pool service.

Michelle came to my rescue two summers in a row!!!! I thought it would completely need to be drained or unusable ! As you can see.... last weekend thanks to gab pools we were able to enjoy!!! Michelle and Matt are AMAZING !Services: Swimming pool summerization
