Eric was very patient and when I was ready to pull the trigger he got the ball rolling and got my order placed. When they showed up to deliver the windows they triple checked everything. Then on the day of install Chris and his co-worker did an amazing job of sending me updates and cleaning up everything when they left. I am very impressed with the way the windows look and work. “We are very glad we chose Sungard Window Fashions. We stopped by their showroom on War Memorial so we could see what was available for window treatments. We were having the windows replaced and were looking for new blinds (ours were 18 years old). Set up an appointment with Alisha and she did an excellent job with suggests and explained the new features now available in blinds. Alisha prepared and sent us a proposal very quickly. We made arrangements to have them out to remove the old blinds prior to the window replacement. Once the windows were installed, their technician Mike returned to do the blind installation and two window films. Mike did a great job while he was here. He explained the entire process as he went along. All of the staff, manager, sales and technicians were interacted with were respectful, helpful and friendly.
