Was sent home last night with multiple kidney stones and no help, just Zofran so maybe I can keep food down. Seems slightly inhumane, kidney stones are so painful and they made me feel weird about asking for help with pain. I understand the drug crisis but i can't see the urologist for over a week. Oww.Only good thing is that the wait is hours less than osf and the nurse I had was awesome.

My son had an emergency surgery here. Surgical nurses were great and his surgeon was very informative however when he was moved to a room to spend the night it was very chaotic. Had a few good nurses, one was extremely rude And one spilled his water on the bed all over his leg. Nurse was going to come back and change the bedsheets, and she never did. I liked the surgeon, but she never came in to check on him or to let him know what happened during his procedure. Unorganized and didn’t feel as if anyone cared!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They lost my mother's dentures while she was in their care, January 2024. She was seen by many staff and visitors with her teeth in. When they transfered her to Skilled Nursing, they neglected to send her teeth with her. Their letter stated since they couldn't find them, they wouldn't reimburse for the cost we had to pay to have new ones made (nearly $3000. I guess they dont accidentally throw anything away. My mother, already malnourished was left unable to eat. We had new dentures made, but my mother was too far gone to use them and died a week after new dentures were fasioned.Carle heath needs to take better care to document such things,...read full review
