Dr K is the best !! He’s very knowledgeable in Type 1 Diabetes & has a excellent bed side manor. Way better care & professionalism here than OSF Diabetes & Endocrinology.
I love Dr David Trachenburg and Ann Webster, but the office staff is horrible when it comes to answering the phone. If you call the office, it takes one to 2hrs for someone to answer. This happens the majority of the time. Unacceptable.
It's hard to communicate with reception staff due to a lot ofaffitude!people probably wouldn't have to interact with them if their doc didn't feel they needed to come there? theneed referral?
