Normally have good experiences here. Hate to leave this review because the employees do a great job. My issue is with the current selection of makeup. Went here for a colorful eyeshadow pallet. There were none available in almost any of the brands. Everything was natural or neutral tones. What happened to the colorful stuff? Also what happened to the large pallets with multiple colors? These 4 color palettes suck.
After the experience I had, I needed to leave a review. I went in to find my foundation shade and I was really struggling to find it. I eventually asked Mira for help, and she was more than willing to do so. She listened, was willing to test multiple brands, explained exactly what she did to blend, and most importantly, she FOUND MY MATCH. I mean it absolutely perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I just wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service and her kindness. 5 stars to Mira.
