Had to visit because my senior cat was suddenly incontinent. It was pretty busy and overall for an emergency type visit that wasn't an immediate life/death situation I feel they got to me in a timely manner and even though it was really busy they were kind and caring and patient with my questions and that I was having a but of a crying meltdown. Billing was clearly disclosed with signage and expected billing cost was gone over before any procedures were performed. It is an emergency vet so it is more expensive than my regular vet costs but not outrageously so.

Unfortunately had to visit earlier this week for a late night euthanasia. We (by chance) got right into a room. I come from 5 years in the vet field and am too familiar with the veterinarian shortage (everywhere, here is no exception). Thankful to have a doctor on staff the night we had to come. The receptionist (not sure of her name) and technician (Cassie) were phenomenal. Clean establishment although could use a little updating... The manager, Zeb, is wonderful. Please be patient and kind with people working here. I believe that some of the other reviews are completely valid for their experience(s) as it absolutely depends on what/who staff is the night you visit....read full review

Came in on a Sunday evening for a suspected urinary issue for my cat. The team worked extremely promptly to get my cat an ultrasound, and then they loaded me up with meds and food. All in all, I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. The doctor was very thorough in explaining the finer details of the issue to me, as well as how to remedy it. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.
