I had to put my cheech down. They were so kind and understanding. I got to hold him and dr. Sloter was sweet and explained every step. The amount of sweet kind words from the staff was appreciated!
They were very good even with my dog bella who normal has a vet come to her. They were able to ease my worries. The only thing I could suggest is a place for the dogs to be walked to use the bathroom with grass. Other than that A+
Our 2 yr old female cat was crying so sadly after using the litter box. We called emergency vets on Christmas Eve. They told us to bring her right over. We were told it would be a long wait and it was. There were so many people waiting with their pets. Dr Joel Metzler was wonderful. After
Examining her he realized she couldn't urinate. They asked our permission for everything they did for her. The sedated her and did a sonogram and found 3 kidney stones blocking her ureatha. Dr Metzler flushed her bladder trying to dilute the stones. She was finally relieved of her pain and so were we! The nurses and staff were so kind and helpful, never complaining.
