Randy Garske was on time, friendly, and professional. He answered all our questions and was respectful of our time and space. He made good recommendations for ways we could improve our home's integrity against pests and carefully applied pesticides with our small children and pets in mind. We haven't had much time to see how well the treatments work yet, but based on our initial experience with Randy I feel good about our decision to use Terminix.Services: Home inspection

I’ve had Terminix’s quarterly service for about 4 years now. I have no complaints about the service provided. With that being said, scheduling is and always has been a problem. I’d receive 1 or 2 days notice and when I wasn’t available the technician would be rude and not accommodating at all. Once he even showed up when I said no. I reached out the last time to the district manager and worked out a day and time, however no one showed up. I’ve tried reaching out again and I got no response. Scheduling shouldn’t be that difficult. My request was to have the same day every quarter.Services: Rodent extermination
