We just had the best experience with your employee, Addy. She was here to provide some care for us as my husband continues his rehab at home after a fall. Our most pressing need after almost 3 months was some help with the house. Addy came in with this big smile and openness to help in any way she could, and that she did! By the time she left, she was still smiling and the house sparkled. She also helped my husband with a couple of things, where she exhibited a high degree of professionalism, compassion, and concern for his safety. On all counts, Addy earned a 5 star rating! I'm the hardest person to please. I trust no one. Especially with my father laying there on his Hospice bed and I feel like I'm drowning and overwhelmed. I made a random call for help from the internet, and I was blessed to meet Shana from Synergy Home Care. She made me feel right at ease and for the first time I could smile. After the paperwork was completed, my father dies two days later. Fearing Synergy would gig me on pricing and commitments from the paperwork I was SUPER relieved that Shana felt my pain and Synergy with great Integrity told me there would be no fees are charges. Our experience with synergy Was professional and compassionate. My dad was cared for after he left the hospital. From helping around the house to keeping him company and making Sure, his meals were taken care of. We were very pleased. My dad is better now and is not in need of their help. But we will definitely reach back out If he is in need of help again!
