My husband ordered anniversary flowers to be delivered at work on 1/30. However, I didn't get them. He called, but the shoppe was closed by the time he found out. We learned today that there was a mix up in the mail room, because the mail room doesn't deliver flowers on weekends. Even though it was not their fault, Sterling Flower Shoppe still came back to replace the flowers that sat there all weekend, so I would have fresh flowers. My husband and I are both impressed by this excellent customer service! Thank you! The flowers are beautiful, and they smell incredible!
Sterling Flower Shop delivered beautiful funeral flower arrangements to a chapel for us on Saturday, Jan. 2nd, when no one else would due to it being a holiday weekend. They were gorgeous. Thank u for being so accommodating. Happy New Year! 🎉
