Stanton Optical is a rapidly growing optical retail center that aims to make eye care convenient and accessible. They offer same-day services, including onsite labs and buy online pick up in-store. Customers can schedule eye exams through same-day appointments, walk-ins, or an online quick vision test to update their prescription. The staff is amazingly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They make the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Employees like Fatima and Kristan are absolutely amazing and provide great recommendations for frames, helping thoroughly and in a timely manner even when very busy.
Shout out to Ian! Thank you for taking such good care of me. 2 pairs of single vision glasses the same day. Great prices and even better service. I highly recommend Ian and Stanton Optical.
Had a 9:15 appointment for an eye exam. They opened at 9 and I was inside at 9:05. I wasn’t seen until 10:20. Checkout took another hour.
If pickup had gone smooth, a 3 star rating could have been earned. But I arrive after being notified that my glasses are ready for pickup, only for the staff to be entirely unable to find my order. So an additional major amount of my time was taken while they tried to locate them.
I don’t know what’s going on here or why things are as chaotic and disorganized as they are. I have to come back to get my glasses still, but I will never ever be using Stanton Optical again. Period.

I’m only giving 5 stars for Lori. She was the only person working and regardless of the overwhelming amount of people coming in she maintained a professional and calm demeanor and somehow gave everyone the time and attention they deserved. It’s actually ridiculous to have 1 person in charge of everything in the store including the job of an optometrist. Shame on corporate. I was so impressed at how great at her job she was. Most people wouldn’t be able to handle those expectations but she made it look easy. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Please value great workers who go above and beyond like Lori. Thanks girl 💖
