A+ experience from our first phone call to finished installation. We found our air conditioner stopped on Monday. Standard was out to assess the fix Tuesday. They quoted a great price on Wednesday and by Thursday night we had a brand new efficiency air conditioner. They were kind, punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. We are grateful a stressful situation was made easier by choosing Standard.

We had a great experience with Standard Heating & Cooling. They were able to send out a technician as soon as I contacted them! Curtis (the technician) was very friendly and helpful. He explained to me what was wrong and how the air conditioner pump should work! We are very pleased with our services and will be using Standard again in the future.

Miranda was my service tech, made the repair quickly and efficiently and followed up with me later in the day to ensure my air conditioner was continuing to function to my satisfaction. Extremely pleased with the entire experience.
