From the moment I stepped up to the receptionist desk, who were just wonderful, till the few minutes I was in a room with an amazing Nurse, who was kind and thoughtful, professional, till I saw Dr. Silva, who was kind, absolutely wonderful,efficient, and answered all my questions, and made me feel safe in their care. I truly appreciate and am grateful that there are places that are amazing. Best first visit ever. If I could give them ten stars it wouldn't be enough. Thank you all!
My husband had been going to Core dermatology for his stage 3b melanoma and they were not taking several new spots seriously. So, we came to Springfield Clinic. The PA there was very thorough and found a spot we hadn't noticed yet, plus the other spots we had found. She did a biopsy same day of all of them. We are very happy with this clinic and will be going back. The staff there are also extremely pleasant. Thank you
Great experience far better than I received from Core Dermatology. The PA took the time to listen to my issues and did a very thorough job of looking over my body for any issues that I have. They also did take biopsies of the areas I was concerned about and also a few areas that we had not seen. I will definitely be back for all my follow up with them.
