Today is World Kindness Day, and I want to honor some of the kindest people I know. Solvera Health is a non-profit health system that serves the community. The Caplis’, a family of restaurant owners, started Solvera Health in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based out of Peoria, IL, Caplis Enterprises has branched out into healthcare with the intention of improving access to quality healthcare. Dr Sauro is always very pleasant and easy to talk to. Some of the staff on the other hand were extremely rude to me on the phone. One of my medicines did not get called to the pharmacy after my visit. I called to get it straightened out and I was treated so rudley on the phone not once but several times. I enjoy seeing Dr Sauro but if this ever happens again I will no longer be a patron of Solvera health. How I was treated by staff was inexcusable, I was simply trying to get my medicine refilled.
