RCCF is outstanding! A culture of support, acceptance, & comaraderie is modelled by all coaches and nurtured by everyone that attends. The idea that CrossFit can be for just about anyone- regardless of fitness level or social status-seems to be the focus of the owners, Keith and Krista. I am in my 60's and had not been exercising regularly. Keith & other coaches have helped me to scale the workouts and make good progress. There is truly a concern to improve the health and wellbeing of each individual while nurturing a supportive community. Welcome!
RCCF and the entire coaching staff are the sole reason I wake up every day and put myself and my health first. It is the first gym I've ever joined that its members and coaches have truly felt like family. Before joining, CrossFit was very intimidating to me because there is a lot I am unable to do. In the last year since joining, I have been given the tools to scale lifts and other movements so I can still get a great workout in while building to RX. The coaches go over every movement before the workout and take all questions and concerns very seriously. I love this gym and am so excited to see it grow!
I dropped in over the holiday while I was home visiting family. This was an amazing gym and great experience. Everyone was super friendly and the owner was great and easy to work with. I will definitely be back when I come home. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 2 years and I felt very welcomed here!
