I have been fighting cancer for 3 years. It’s wonderful that all of my services are now in one place. I was a patient of this infusion group, both before and after they moved into the new OSF cancer center. All of the staff is so friendly and compassionate and very efficient at their jobs. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns. The rooms are private and there is very minimal waiting time. When a person is going through any of the reasons to need their services, there is no place and no staff better to be found anywhere!
Absolutely love getting infusions here! Nurses are amazing, and they are good at their job. I would definitely recommend coming here. I have been countless times, and it is always a good experience.
I walked in as a first time patient and felt like a celebrity! The staff was so kind. I was offered drinks and snacks (since it would be a while), and they really cared for my individual needs. I have a fear of needles, so I was anxious for this appt. They handled it all very well and made it easy for me to relax. I want all my needles to be done here :)
