    I received a bill in July. Made arrangements for monthly auto payment in August. They pulled out a payment in September but didn’t pull anything out in October or November instead they sent me to collections. I called osf home medical equipment and was told that when you set up auto payment it is for future bills not incurred yet not past balances. I have only one bill with them. I have never dealt with a billing issue like this before and when contacting them to resolve I was hung up on by Mark.
