Absolute garbage. They will never get an order correct and you have to jump through so many hoops to get it fixed every time.
The service from this organization is terrible. I have tried several times to call and I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes. There are no options to order CPAP supplies other than a phone call which they don't answer. Year after year this organization has the worst service. I try to support my local hospital and business but this is beyond ridiculous. I will look for another provider.
Too bad zero stars is not an option. I will give them credit. They are consistent. Consistently horrible. Worst experience with a service provider ever. They respond to these reviews but nothing ever changes. Year after year they continue to be terrible. It is so unfortunate. I can't believe nobody gets fired for this entire fiasco of an operation. If this was anything other than a medical necessity people have no choice to rely on, they'd be out of business in a heartbeat.
