VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE UPON LOCS… I wanted to do two stand twist and she informed me that my locs are small and would cause stress on my hair… I was referred to her and her professionalism by my sister 🥰 after sitting in her chair for the first time you never walk away feeling like a customer but as family and that’s exactly how she treats you…. If you want to start your locs and want them popping swing by and get a consultation and let her flourish your crown!!!!!!
I made the decision to finally stop listening to “other people” and begin my journey. Lena was recommended to me and she communicated to me on how to get started. She communicated that she requires a consultation before making an appointment. I was grateful for this because it felt like I was about to get a full service and it made me feel like she actually cares about her work. After having the consultation I felt even more sure that I made the right decision and after my first appointment I was so glad that she was going to be the person to set the tone for my loc journey.
