The sales rep was very thorough in explaining everything to me, answering my questions, and demonstrating the difference and quality of this system compared to others. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. This company did an excellent job of first cleaning my gutters (which were packed), caulking the leaks, and installing the filter system. The installers were VERY polite and friendly. They cleaned up very well took photos, and removed the debris. Installation took only a few hours. I would highly recommend them!
