Our car was stranded at Starbucks 170 miles from home. Jeff was a lifesaver! He went out of his way to pick up the key from the repair shop, fished the car out of a difficult lot and safely got it to the shop. He kept me up to date on progress throughout the whole process. We are so thankful for his kindness, professionalism and service!!!
