It felt like I was working within the comfort of my own community so it felt like a personal connection working with them making it easier to connect with questions that I had. Less formal, and I appreciated that. My texts and my calls were taken even on weekends. They took good care of my dad and ultimately me as well. I highly recommend them when this process is needed for your family member.

Illini cremation went above and beyond. What was already a difficult time for my family was made a lot smoother process thanks to the staff. Dave specifically, was very straightforward but very gentle. Even after we brought my mother-in-law home after her cremation Dave was kind enough to offer us guidance and advice on our steps to take moving forward. Incredibly knowledgeable, readily available, and extremely helpful.
