They take the time to address patients' concerns, explaining details and reassuring them with their expertise. The clinic provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. From the initial exam to surgery, patients can expect a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, making them feel grateful and valued.
My mom had an amazing experience with Emily, the eye technician at Gailey Eye Clinic. She did a phenomenal job—extremely detail-oriented, patient, and very cooperative throughout the entire process. You can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does, and it reflects in the way she cares for her patients. She made everything comfortable and easy to understand. Truly one of the best experiences - highly recommend her!
This was such a fun appointment. Sam, Holly, Rachael & Rachael were all terrific to be around. Having Rachael help me pick the perfect glasses really gave me a boost of confidence that I needed. I’ve finally moved out of my comfort zone with a splash of color on my frames! Wish I could come here daily to be around such great people
