The employees were very competent. I felt my healthcare was a priority to them. My doctor is outstanding and very thorough.
The only negative was they were running late. I didn’t get into the exam room until 30 minutes past my appointment time (I arrived 20 minutes early for my Appointment) Believe it or not, I had things I was planning on doing after my appointment.
I know that this exam is important. But at the 30 minute mark, I was about ready to get up and find out what the issue was, if they forgotten about me or what..
All of the people there were kind and friendly and apologetic for the wait. They were concerned with my privacy and she explained the different spots on my skin. She said the place where they did a biopsy a year ago was healed but my left leg was swollen for other reasons and she wanted to know what my ultra sound outcome would be on the next day. She asked for this since the swelling of my leg was pulling on the biopsy scar. She was very positive and concerned for me.
