Alyssa was fantastic at helping me choose vinyl plank flooring for our lower level. I was worried about putting it against brick but she helped make the brilliant decision to choose Vinpro edging at the base of a brick wall. It looks awesome!Max and his installation crew Ryan and Dylan were extremely efficient and very professional. They kept me informed of the projected progress and validated any installation questions and choices.This is my second experience with Carpet One and I will always go back there for my flooring choices. I highly recommend them

We knew within 2 minutes of talking with Alyssa and Page that we were getting the best kind of help that we needed. They listened carefully and handled all our problems from A-Z. The flooring that was picked out for us was perfect. We had exhausted ourselves looking at several other places and getting the usual 'welcome and help yourselves attitude'. I love it when you can feel the sales people really want to help you. Hands down, we couldn't have asked for better service.The floor installer did a top notch install as well. My husband and I worked with Brenda for the purchase of carpeting for a bedroom and basement stairs. She was very helpful. We also had a good experience with the gentleman that came to measure, friendly and quick. As of now we are waiting to have the carpet installed. I will surely resubmit my review if there are any problems with that process.
