started going for prenatal massages do to sciatica pain and overall body aches. Pam worked with me not only with massage, but educated me on stretching and techniques to help ease my pain. she truly was a blessing!! i continued postpartum as well. she was so great at helping me get comfortable on the table as a breastfeeding mom. i have recommended this place to so many!
I loved every second of my prenatal massage today! I was 100% relaxed the entire time and felt very comfortable. She did a great job explaining the process and I loved how she let me decide if I wanted to chat or just relax through the massage instead of instantly starting up a convo. The best part was I was able to lay face down for the first time in 7 months because of the bed modifications she has! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back
Great setup for my prenatal massage! Felt super comfortable & got a lot of relief during my 30 minute session. She focused on my lower back pain, but I got a very good overall back massage too. She was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. She even provided some helpful stretching suggestions to relieve pain that might flare up. I’m looking forward to my next session already!
