This shop is ok. I got a cut and color from Becca. I like her, she's a sweetheart. So aggravating that your stylist has to juggle her customer, the phone, plus wait on walk-in customers who want to purchase product. Their prices are more reasonable than most freestanding hair salons.

Jamie is amazing, knows what i want when i come in and exactly how i like my hair done. The ladies there at smart style are very friendly. I will continue to keep doing my buisness with smart style

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I went in to get a perm and instead I had to have all my hair cut off!!!! I have NEVER had an experience like this EVER!!!! I have tried to contact the company and its been 2 weeks and I have gotten no response. Imagine that!! I walked in with my hair below my shoulders and walked out looking like a boy!! I wanted a perm not a hair cut!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND using any Smart Style Salon EVER!! The company is just blowing me off. BEWARE!!!!!!
