SLT Tech Services, LLC provides top notch and reasonably priced computer repair. The service is excellent, with extreme professionalism in every aspect. Technicians are excellent with communication, responding quickly and professionally. They are very flexible with drop-off and pick-up and are available to help. Work is thorough, with problems often fixed the same day. They put in a tremendous amount of research, go above and beyond to help, and can provide great discounts. They offer sound advice and help find replacements within budget. Customers highly recommend their services and will contact them again for any future computer issues.
I can't recommend these services enough. Nate was excellent with communication and very flexible with drop off and pick up. His work is top notch and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks Nate for getting my laptop back to normal. Don't search around if you are in the Pekin area, just call him, you won't be sorry!
Nathan was an extreme professional in every aspect. He ran through the issue I was having over the phone and made sure that he would be available for me to drop my PC off. He had my problem fixed the same day and even gave me some advice moving forward. Can’t recommend enough!
Nathan was amazing, he got my part ordered and fixed that only to find another issue that wasn't really worth fixing but went above and beyond to help me find a replacement laptop within my budget and need specifications. communication was excellent and he also responded to my messages quickly and professionally.
