From the start, they were extremely upfront, thorough, and professional. Their bid came in literally thousands below another local competitor, and I really appreciated that my bid and invoice were mailed directly to me instead of a generic copy-and-paste email, it felt much more personal. Watching other roofers makes you realize what superior service Banassi gives. They removed all patio/deck furnishing prior to starting work and replaced it after finishing cleanup. Excellent professionalism and quality of work.
