You must go see Dr. Cisternino for soft tissue treatments and manipulation for anywhere you have pain or stagnation of movement. He even helped me work through my bunion on my foot - without surgery! along with coaching me on some independent exercises to continue between foot treatments. Bonus- it was simple to get an appointment, reach his practice and park- plus he is very easy to talk too.
Dr. Cisternino is the best! I badly sprained both of my ankles last year and have been having trouble with them for 16 months since then. I’ve done PT and been to a sports medicine doctor with few results. After two sessions with Dr. Cisternino my ankles feel like new. I wish I had seen him a year ago!
