I really like the personal attention,I receive at Perfect Workout. Reyna is an excellent trainer! She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented, and fun to work with. She always knows how to get the best workout out of me. I could only wish that the workout session would be extended to 30 minutes instead of 20 minutes.

I've been going to TPW for many years. It was instrumental in getting me through knee replacement surgery. My trainer Brandon is great, knows how to get the best workout out of me. Before a workout he always checks if I'm having any issues and then makes whatever adjustments needed. He has even made a list of stretches for me.
